Excelentsimo Seor Co-Ministro: Con motivo del 47. aniversario del Triunfo de la Revolucin Popular Sandinista, me complace hacer llegar a Su Excelencia, as como al Gobierno y al hermano pueblo de la Repblica de Nicaragua, mis felicitaciones ms clidas. Esta conmemoracin histrica constituye un testimonio de la resiliencia, la soberana y la firme determinacin del pueblo nicaragense.
Camboya concede gran importancia a sus relaciones de amistad con la Repblica de Nicaragua. En este sentido, me complace destacar la prxima celebracin de la Primera Ronda de Consultas Polticas entre nuestros dos Ministerios, prevista para mediados de agosto en Nicaragua. Estoy convencido de que este importante mecanismo servir como una valiosa plataforma para profundizar nuestra amistad, ampliar la cooperacin mutuamente beneficiosa y fortalecer una colaboracin ms estrecha en favor del desarrollo y la prosperidad compartidos de nuestras dos naciones.
