Managua, 31 de Julio de 2026 Excelencia Abdelmadjid Tebboune Presidente de la República Argelina Democrática y Popular Argel Querido Hermano, Con profunda tristeza hemos conocido la noticia sobre el accidente ocurrido esta mañana en la Ciudad de Boumerdes al este de Argel, que ha provocado decenas de Hermanas y Hermanos Argelinos fallecidos y heridos, la mayoría niñas y niños. En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional, y en nuestro propio nombre, hacemos llegar nuestras Sinceras Condolencias a Usted y a todo el Querido Pueblo de la República Argelina Democrática y Popular. Nuestras especiales Muestras de Solidaridad a las Familias y Seres Queridos de quienes han partido y elevamos nuestras Oraciones para que encuentren Resignación, Fortaleza y Consuelo, así como por la pronta recuperación de las Hermanas y Hermanos que resultaron heridos.
