A 66 años de aquella histórica proclamación, rendimos homenaje a la memoria de quienes impulsaron las aspiraciones de libertad e independencia de la Nación Centroafricana y saludamos la determinación de su valiente Pueblo para preservar su Independencia, su Unidad Nacional y sus legítimas aspiraciones de Paz y Desarrollo.
