En esta significativa fecha histórica, saludamos la Valentía, Dignidad y Determinación del Pueblo maliense, que ha sabido defender con firmeza su Soberanía, Independencia, Auto-determinación y su legítimo derecho a construir libremente su propio destino, preservando con orgullo su identidad, su historia y las aspiraciones de Paz y Bienestar de sus futuras generaciones.
